Compared to commercially available covers, the Lmin is reduced by approx.
50%. In addition, the construction depth, in the dimension perpendicular
to the direction of movement, is reduced by up to 15 mm.
ELEGANO?
protective covers have many advantages: The masses to be moved are very
low and the pre-tension on the scraper lip of the telescopic sheet is only
generated when required. This increases the acceleration of the axes that
can be reliably achieved in the process, improves the milling result and
saves energy. The telescopic plates are pressed on evenly and form a closed,
dense surface. Hot and sharp-edged chips are reliably wiped off.
